“Begin with the end in mind,” and other wisdom

Begin with the end in mind.

A few of my favorite Stephen Covey quotes, that really work in real life:

Start with the end in mind.

It’s easy to say ”no!” when there’s a deeper ”yes!” burning inside.

Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply…. Seek first to understand, then to be understood.

When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it, and learn from it immediately.

Most (if not all) of these quotes are from The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
